SIG was formed by Steven Healy and Andrew Payne in 2017 following the successful acquisition of their company MTR Group LTD.

 

SIG is a private equity fund focused on providing immediate equity funding to entrepreneurs, property developers and owners of managed businesses.

 

Managed from the UK with a strong presence expanding across the UK and Europe, SIG is involved in a wide range of its own businesses which include Telecoms, Residential Developments, E-commerce, Retail, With property development funding being the primary sector of specialism for the fund.

 

We specialise in working with Businesses who may be experiencing cash flow difficulties or who need to raise additional capital. We have the ability to move quickly to acquire or invest in situations where time is of the essence.
